Sheds

 1. Aluminum Sheds:

      The Board of Directors will allow commercially manufactured aluminum sheds to a maximum of 80 square feet or 8 feet by 10 feet.

2. Vinyl Sheds:

       The Board of Directors will allow commercially manufactured vinyl sheds to a maximum of 80 square feet of 8 feet by 10 feet.

3. Wooden Sheds:

        The Board of Directors will allow wooden sheds to a maximum of 80 square feet or 8 feet by 10 feet.  There are two styles that have been approved with drawings and a materials list which are available by clicking on the following links or from the resort office.  The Board of Directors will allow minor changes to thee drawings with prior approval.

4. Wood Storage Sheds: Firewood sheds are allowed, dimensions must be 6' high by 8' wide and 2' deep with open fronts.  All exterior walls must be of maintenance free material.  Any deviation of this policy requires the written authorization of the Board of Directors.

In order to preserve the quality and integrity of Carefree Resort on Gleniffer Lake, the Board of Directors reserves the sole right to enforce the above standards by the removal from Carefree Resort on Gleniffer Lake of any shed, at the expense of the owner, which does not meet with the approval of the Board of Directors or which does not meet with the above standards.
